Why do we even need this?
As founders, we struggled to find one tool that handled the boring-but-critical parts of running a business. Invoicing apps don't track your hours. Time trackers don't send invoices. Your files sit somewhere else entirely. Most of these tools make you hit a paywall fast, or quietly mine your data to pay for the “free” tier.
It's a competitive space, but we felt there was room for a different kind of platform. Something genuinely all-in-one, refreshingly simple, and private by design. We wanted running the business side to feel effortless.
Staaf is bootstrapped, and we intend to stay that way. No investors means no pressure to squeeze users, degrade the product, or chase growth at your expense. It is how we keep Staaf free from enshittification.
Privacy first platform
You control your data with exports from day one, hosted in EU. Your data is never sold or used to build ad profiles and it's end-to-end encrypted. We are GDPR compliant.
